NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health . South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor & delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services—from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults—all designed to keep our community healthy and accommodates more than 250,000 outpatient visits, more than 89,000 emergency room visits, and with 371 beds, more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with
SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University
and
NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine
to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Opportunity Details
Provide direct patient care, including dedicated outpatient clinic sessions, inpatient and emergency room consults, and supervision of resident clinics, with a focus on stroke care.
Participate in the call schedule, as assigned.
Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
Mentor and educate residents and medical students.
