Job Description The Vice President of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the company’s inventory management, supply planning, inbound and outbound transportation, and supply chain project management functions.

Ensures the reliable, cost-effective, and compliant flow of medical supplies, equipment, and products essential for patient care delivery.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s mission to improve the quality of life for dialysis patients by ensuring every treatment center receives the right products, at the right time, in the most efficient way possible.

The VP will develop and execute national strategies that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and strengthen the resilience of the dialysis supply chain network.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inventory and Planning

Lead national inventory and demand planning across nationwide dialysis clinics.

Ensure optimal stock levels of treatment supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment to support uninterrupted patient care.

Oversee forecasting and supply planning aligned with supplier and manufacturing capacity.

Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and supply chain visibility.

Inbound & Outbound Transportation

Direct all inbound and outbound transportation operations nationwide.

Manage logistics partnerships to optimize cost, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee carrier performance, transportation spend, and delivery timeliness.

Implement TMS and route optimization tools to improve efficiency and visibility.

Project Management

Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) for consistent execution and reporting.

Align all projects with business strategy, ensuring measurable value and ROI.

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

Build and develop a high-performing supply chain organization focused on service excellence.

Use analytics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and data-informed decisions.

Champion sustainability, compliance, and resiliency across the supply chain.

Be able to drive initiatives at the c-suite level.

Develop and articulate clear, concise strategies.

Other duties as assigned.

Education & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

20+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably within dialysis, medical device, or broader healthcare supply chain environments.

Proven success managing large-scale inventory, logistics, and transportation operations across multiple facilities or regions.

Strong understanding of clinical dialysis operations, patient treatment schedules, and clinical supply dependencies a plus.

Demonstrated experience leading supply chain transformation and implementing ERP/WMS/TMS solutions.

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.

Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements related to medical supply distribution a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

CPSM or equivalent Supply Chain certification.

20% Travel Hybrid – Denver Corporate HQ – 2+ days/week

The Salary Range for the role is $200,000.00 - $292,000.00/year.
