What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring readiness for all new product launches and major feature releases
Translate complex technical details into actionable enablement requirements for the sales team
Create and maintain essential toolkit resources for the field, including competitive positioning and training materials
Collaborate with Product Management and Field Enablement to establish timelines and success metrics for content creation
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs to drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of proven experience in Product Enablement, Technical Training, or Program/Project Management in a high‑tech B2B environment
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and industry concepts
Demonstrated experience in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement from concept to field readiness
Exceptional program management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with various teams, including Product Management and Field Leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment
Familiarity with creating role‑specific training materials
Knowledge of metrics and analytics related to enablement programs
Proven ability to revamp and enhance underperforming training content
