What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy for internal Growth Advisors, brokerage partners, and their agents
Design and implement onboarding and training programs to enhance the effectiveness of Growth Advisors
Create educational materials and resources for partners and agents to maximize results and streamline workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and field presence across markets
Establish metrics for measuring enablement impact and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, go-to-market strategy, or related fields
Proven ability to enable multiple audiences simultaneously with tailored messaging and training
Experience in scaling a business or function during periods of growth
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives
Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing multidisciplinary teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in industries with complex stakeholder networks such as SaaS, financial services, or B2B2C models
Familiarity with relationship-driven businesses, particularly in real estate or lending
Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring program impact
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change within an organization
