Requirements:

5+ Years of Project Management experience in Heavy Civil Construction; project values up to $30M

What You Will Be Doing

Mentor staff in development plans, project cost controls, etc.

Conduct weekly meetings

Support estimating team on projects

Develop project schedules

Oversee safety plans on projects

Establish a professional work environment

Maintain working relationships with owners, subs, etc.

Overnight travel as required

Projects will be focused on heavy civil including underground, wet utilities, pipelines, WWTP, water infrastructure, etc.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of project management experience in Civil Construction

Problem solving, organizational, and analytical decision‑making skills

Proficient in scheduling, cost control, subcontract documentation, and more

Desire to lead teams through large civil projects

Experience in these areas

Heavy Civil

Underground / Utilities

Pipelines

Wastewater Treatment Plants
