Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Addison Group has partnered with a publicly traded global manufacturer to identify a Senior Finance Director who will serve as the strategic finance leader for a major division.

This position plays a critical role in steering financial performance, strengthening controls, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the division’s long‑term strategic goals, including M&A integration and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing insight into the financial implications of key business decisions.

Lead and develop a multi-site/global finance team, driving talent development, engagement, and high-performance culture.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting, ensuring clear communication of results to executive leadership.

Manage long-range planning and multi-year strategic financial modeling in partnership with operational, commercial, and technical teams.

Lead the annual budgeting process, setting direction, establishing targets, and partnering with plant and divisional finance teams.

Direct the monthly forecasting process, period‑end close activities, and recurring financial performance reviews.

Improve efficiency and accuracy across financial processes by standardizing procedures, increasing automation, and implementing best practices.

Provide financial leadership for key strategic initiatives, including pricing optimization, operational improvements, and special projects (e.g., integration, transformation, or efficiency initiatives).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or advanced degree strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, ideally including global operations, multi-site manufacturing, public accounting, and public-company reporting.

Prior experience supporting manufacturing environments with broad operational exposure.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and establish credibility quickly.

Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands‑on problem‑solving.

Proven track record of identifying trends, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Commitment to developing and mentoring team members.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ad hoc requests.
