Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a growing, established construction firm in search of an Accounting Manager. This position will oversee a small accounting team, and get involved in more strategic finance operations. You will get to wear many hats on this small corporate team.

We are looking for candidates 5+ years of construction experience, BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus. This role is critical in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee job cost accounting and ensure accurate project cost tracking.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and forecast cash flow.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
