Quality Assurance Analyst
to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Information Technology (IT), Enterprise Operations, IRS Web Infrastructure Services, and M365 Program Management Branch. This is a remote position.

So, what will the Quality Assurance Analyst at Terrestris do?
In support of the IRS M365 Cloud Program Management Office, the Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure quality assurance of PMO deliverables, risk management, and compliance documentation.
You Will
Contribute quality assurance inputs and oversee quality of all plans, schedules, and written project documentation.
Provide quality review and input to all bi‑weekly status reports (deliverables, risks, mitigations, etc.).
Provide quality review and input to all monthly consolidated health reports for the M365 team.
What qualifications do you look for?
Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
PMO documentation experience (PMP, RACI, IMS), quality reviews, reporting; must support 508 compliance.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration.
Demonstrated experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.
Demonstrated experience in managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings.
Knowledge and experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
