Responsibilities
Responsible for overall solution requirements & architecture discussion, understand organization's obstacles with business and technical partners to ensure solutions and provide due diligence.
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Work on Google Cloud Platform Architecture for the business needs.
Work with Google Cloud SQL to handle user data and client data.
Handle Google Cloud Storage for efficient use of storage services.
Act as GCP Architect and SME in multiple projects.
Respond to RFPs providing the solution architecture.
Design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure all requirement clarifications are closed and use the right GCP services while designing solutions.
Lead the technical solution and coordination.
Point of contact for technical design and deliverables.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud computing environment, preferably Google.
Minimum 1 year experience in architecting applications for Google Cloud platform.
Experience in architecting and designing solutions leveraging services such as Cloud BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Pub/Sub, and Cloud Bigtable.
Experience in private and public cloud architectures, migration strategies, and data strategies.
Experience in integrating and migrating on-premises systems to Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills, and root cause analysis.
Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience in designing and managing databases with strong database knowledge.
Experience in infrastructure discovery, design, build, and migration (Server, Storage, Database).
Understanding of data archival systems, data management, and data governance concepts.
Experience with Google Cloud Datastore, Google Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Spanner, and Google Dataflow.
Experience with containerization solutions (Kubernetes and Docker) and microservices on GCP.
Preferred Skills
Development background in programming languages such as Python, Java, shell scripting, or PL/SQL.
Experience with Terraform.
Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification or hands‑on experience with GCP services using the GCP Console.
