Responsibilities
Overall solution requirements & architecture discussion, understanding organizational obstacles with business and technical partners to ensure solutions and provide due diligence.
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Work on Google Cloud Platform architecture for the business needs.
Use Google Cloud SQL to handle user data and client data.
Handle Google Cloud Storage to use the storage service efficiently.
Serve as GCP architect and SME in multiple projects.
Respond to RFPs providing the solution architecture.
Lead the technical solution and coordination.
Point of contact for technical design and deliverables.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical solution implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud computing environment, preferably Google.
Experience in private and public cloud architectures, migration strategies, and organizational data strategies.
Experience in integrating and migrating on‑premises systems to Google Cloud.
Experience in designing and managing databases with a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills, and root cause analysis.
Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience predicting and overseeing infrastructure/software upgrades.
Experience in infrastructure (Server, Storage, and Database) discovery, design, build, and migration.
Understanding of data archival systems, data management, and data governance concepts.
Experience with Google Cloud Datastore, Google CloudSQL, Google Cloud Spanner, and Google DataFlow.
Experience in containerization solutions (Kubernetes and Docker) and microservices on GCP.
Preferred Skills
Development background in programming languages such as Python, Java, shell scripting, or PL/SQL.
Experience with Terraform.
Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect preferred, but hands‑on experience with GCP services using the GCP Console is the key.
