Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Engineering and Maintenance teams, including Maintenance Technicians, Controls/Automation, and Process Engineers.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime of production equipment, tooling, robotics, and automation systems.
Manage day‑to‑day troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and process issues.
Plan and execute capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new product/line launches.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of maintenance/engineering leadership experience in automotive or high‑volume manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of PLCs/automation, robotics, mechanical systems, and industrial controls.
Proven experience with TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
