We are looking for an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Senior – Consulting at EY. This role involves working side‑by‑side with clients and diverse teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that deliver tangible value across a variety of business environments.
Overview As a Senior AI Native Engineer you will research, build, and implement large‑scale AI solutions. You will enhance data pipelines, monitor and optimize learning processes, and collaborate with data and analytics professionals. Your work will involve extensive client interaction in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and implement scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
Enhance data pipelines and storage for optimal data accuracy and cleanliness.
Monitor and optimize learning processes to improve model performance.
Engage with external clients, including travel as needed.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.
3–6 years of full‑time AI/Machine Learning experience.
Strong Python skills; ability to design & deploy AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
Proficient with generative‑AI models (OpenAI, Dall‑e, Langchain, RAG) and ML libraries such as scikit‑learn & PyTorch.
Experience with NLP, deep learning, and large‑scale ML workflows.
DevOps & CI/CD experience using GIT, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
Experience with MLOps, data ingestion, transformation, model monitoring and retraining.
Strong foundation in math, statistics, and data engineering (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
Excellent communication & client‑management skills.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in CS, mathematics, physical sciences or equivalent.
Experience with hybrid collaboration and emotional agility.
Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
Experience fine‑tuning generative AI models or image/audio processing.
Additional language skills beyond Python (e.g., R, JavaScript, Java, C++).
