Position Summary The Director of Enterprise Systems, Technology and Data provides strategic leadership, oversight, and direction for PCMA’s cloud-first technology ecosystems, with a primary focus on Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and integrated enterprise applications. This role oversees the organization’s core business platforms, data integrity, security and end‑user technology experience. The Director ensures that all systems, applications, integrations, and infrastructure are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals while leading the Salesforce IT team to deliver a resilient, high‑performing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direction, supervision and performance management for Enterprise Application Administrator and Systems Administrator roles.
Establish departmental priorities, technical standards, and best practices across systems, applications, integrations, data, and security.
Oversee administration, optimization, and roadmap planning for Salesforce, Microsoft, AMS platforms, and cloud systems.
Ensure application change management, release management, and deployments follow SDLC, Agile, and DevOps standards.
Manage cloud and limited on‑premises infrastructure, including servers, networking, VPN, device management, firewalls, and backup solutions.
Maintain PCMA’s data integrity by performing data quality controls, policies, monitoring and ongoing governance.
Support 99.5% uptime targets and disaster recovery readiness.
Ensure timely resolution of user support requests, improving response time and service quality.
Lead cross‑departmental projects ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure staff are trained on systems.
Represent the organization professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Help Desk Specialist responsible for end user systems and hardware support and training.
Ensure that a thorough staff training plan is in place and implemented.
Ensure that all IT and MDM network policies are maintained and enforced.
Observe support requests, identify trends and recommend solutions to streamline support that reduce repeat issues.
Ensure that PCMA’s IT asset inventory is tracked and kept up to date.
