About the Role As Director of IT, you’ll collaborate with senior management and all departments to align technology initiatives with ICPAS’s goals. You’ll lead complex projects, manage IT staff, and foster innovation—especially in areas such as Association Management Systems (Aptify), Microsoft 365, and emerging technologies, such as AI. This role is hands‑on and strategic, serving as a true technology partner for the business side of ICPAS.

This position doesn’t need to be the expert, but needs to have a high aptitude for learning, organization, curiosity, and communication to keep the vendors and our team on track. Everyone in our team should be ready to help out when necessary and stay open to handling smaller tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Internally, our team has two other employees who report to this position.
