Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multidisciplinary water/wastewater/work resources projects.
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
Conduct schematic, design‑development, and contract‑document work sessions at project sites with PMs, technical professionals, and other disciplines.
Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
Work with accounting, project control, and department managers for project reviews.
Implement QA/QC procedures.
Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans.
Supervise project staff and mentor less‑experienced PMs.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater project engineering, including 5 years of project management on complex projects.
PE in New York or New Jersey.
Strong commitment to participating in the employee‑owned culture.
Local residency in the NY/NJ area preferred.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
10 years of related experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Professional Engineer license.
MS Office and MS Project experience (Access a plus).
Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
