About the Role We are seeking qualified, confident, and collaborative Entry‑Level Electrical Engineers to join our Boston office. This role offers a wide range of projects varying in size, complexity, and duration across multiple sectors, with opportunities to collaborate with senior engineers and partners while gaining mentorship and hands‑on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Complete tasks on fit‑out, base building, and infrastructure upgrade projects
Assemble riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans
Assist in planning and coordinating routing of major distribution systems, equipment rooms, closets, shafts, and risers
Review shop drawings and perform site visits and punch lists under senior supervision
Work on electrical distribution, circuiting, and calculations for electrical systems
Lay out switchgear, generators, and panels; perform basic load and voltage‑drop calculations using software
Conduct site surveys, punch lists, and design reviews
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required (by Summer 2026)
0–1 year of MEP design engineering experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of design software tools; Revit and AutoCAD preferred
