Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical projects, manage crews, and ensure installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. This role focuses on large‑scale commercial and industrial projects across Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on commercial and industrial projects.
Manage crews of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and controls.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and local/state electrical codes.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedules and budgets.
Conduct site inspections, report progress, and proactively identify potential issues.
Qualifications
Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role on large‑scale projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to travel between project sites in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, and San Antonio.
