Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + commissions
Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director (RSD) will grow our Corporate Services Daily Foodservice portfolio in the greater Silicon Valley Market. This individual contributor role requires hunter‑style sales skills and a strategic background. The position is based in or near Silicon Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Use the Compass Sales Process: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, presentations, and closing deals.
Drive new business revenue aggressively while maintaining strong profitability.
Develop winning sales proposals.
Build long‑term relationships and excel in a long‑cycle selling process.
Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business.
Manage multiple priorities with strong time‑management skills.
Consistently exceed sales quotas.
Maintain a high‑energy, positive attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Communicate effectively across the organization, partnering with operating colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum three years in new business development; food services experience preferred.
Consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Experience developing sales proposals and responding to RFPs.
Strong computer skills and CRM database management.
Represent the organization at industry and non‑industry events.
Excellent communication skills and logical thinking.
High energy, strong executive presence, and ambition for advancement.
Experience selling at various organizational levels.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally outside.
Team player who contributes to a top‑caliber sales organization.
BA or equivalent experience.
