Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + commissions.

Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director (RSD) will drive growth of our Corporate Services Daily Foodservice portfolio in the greater Silicon Valley market. This individual‑contributor role requires a “hunter” mentality and a strategic background. The position will be based in or near Silicon Valley. We offer a significant six‑figure earning potential with a base salary and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Commit to the Compass Sales Process: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, presentations, and closing.
Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
Develop winning sales proposals.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Identify necessary support resources to close new business.
Multi‑task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Consistently exceed sales quotas.
Maintain a high energy, positive attitude and excellent communication & presentation skills.
Communicate effectively across the organization, partnering with operating colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum three years’ experience in new business development; food services experience preferred.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets over time.
Experience developing winning proposals and responding to RFPs.
Strong computer skills, including CRM database management.
Ability to represent the organization at industry and non‑industry events.
Excellent communication skills and logical thinking.
High energy, executive presence, and potential for advancement.
Experience selling at various levels within an organization.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and occasionally beyond.
Team player eager to contribute to a top‑caliber sales organization.
BA or equivalent experience.
