Target Range:

$135,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligibility for bonuses:

Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target 12.5% and Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target 12.5%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based on performance achievement.

The Offer Strategy & Client Experience team drives value creation that fuels revenue, client satisfaction, and competitive differentiation.

As part of this team, you will lead the development and execution of Banking solutions designed for advisors and IBDs, enabling holistic wealth management. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, design programs, and deliver innovative solutions that combine the scale of Axos with the needs of the advisor community.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the Advisor and IBD Banking Program strategy, enhancing our value proposition and driving firm revenue.

Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate the vision for Banking Programs; maintain a roadmap aligned with market trends, firm priorities, and customer needs.

Market Insights: Analyze industry dynamics, advisor behavior, and client demand to uncover opportunities for new banking capabilities.

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Axos banking partners, Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Services to coordinate development and execution of offers.

Program Documentation: Create compelling and concise materials to communicate strategy recommendations and progress to leadership.

Holistic Approach: Cross‑train across existing Offer Programs to provide coverage and ensure an integrated appreciation of all services and programs across custody, clearing, and banking.

Technology Stakeholder: Act as a lead partner with internal technology teams building consolidated platforms that enable a unified client view.

Marketing & Enablement: Work with marketing and enablement teams to promote programs and educate stakeholders on value propositions.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners (leadership, sales, service, technology, operations, and Axos Bank teams) and external partners and clients to ensure alignment and drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

8‑10 years in financial services, with 5+ years in product management (preferred).

Proven track record delivering banking solutions for advisors and/or Independent Broker‑Dealers.

Strong communicator skilled in articulating strategy, gaining buy‑in, and aligning multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and operate in dynamic or ambiguous environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Curiosity and/or experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence in program development.

Prior experience designing or managing Banking programs for Advisors and IBDs in a B2B setting.

Deep understanding of shifting advisor demographics, evolving investment and wealth solutions, and how Banking complements holistic wealth management.

Background delivering complementary solutions such as Trust, Insurance, LATAM, or M&A through in‑house or partner programs.

Thrives in a nimble, entrepreneurial environment and is tenacious in problem‑solving.
