Axos Bank Target Range:

$120,000.00/Yr. - $150,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with Consumer Bank objectives.

Collaborate with business unit leaders to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Deliver executive-ready insights and narratives that influence decision-making at the highest level.

Design and implement advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor client behavior, risk, and financial performance.

Prepare presentations for executive leadership on strategic planning, product recommendations, competitor analysis, and market trends.

Mentor and develop a team of high performing analysts.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies, champion AI and machine learning use cases, and drive adoption of advanced analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of recent experience in strategy, analytics, pricing, or BI roles.

Consumer banking or fintech experience preferred.

Proven expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and data management within financial services.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Strategic mindset with operational execution capability.
