Job Summary and Responsibilities
Patient access: consistent clinic coverage, manage medication refills, proxy for providers during PTA.
Case mix/patient population: General OB GYN – AHCCCS / Commercial and Self Pay.
Projected volumes: 18-24 patients in clinic per 8‑hour day.
Outpatient and consults.
Typical week: salaried, 40‑hour work week, no call.
Procedures: IUD insertions/removals.
Team: Genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, diabetic educator, and dedicated office/support staff.
Group includes 7 CNMs and 9 MDs.
Job Requirements PA Requirements:
Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA‑C).
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Hold and maintain AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License; NCCPA certification.
Valid DEA registration.
Meet credentialing criteria.
NP Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
Graduate of an accredited program for Nurse Practitioners.
Compact state or Arizona RN license.
Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license.
National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in specialty under AZ regulations: NP‑AACN, NP‑AANP, or NP‑ANCC.
Valid DEA registration.

Where You’ll Work Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a patient‑centric, collaborative OBGYN Advanced Practitioner to join our growing MFM team in the Department of Women’s Health in Phoenix, Arizona. DHMG is a physician‑led, clinically integrated medical group that spans over 45 practice sites across Arizona.
