Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG)
is seeking a patient‑centric, collaborative OBGYN Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our growing MFM team in the Department of Women’s Health in
Gilbert, Arizona .
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care to a patient mix of AHCCCS, Commercial, and Self‑Pay patients.
Manage medication refills and coordinate care as a proxy for providers during physician temporary absences (PTA).
Maintain consistent clinic coverage for a team of 7 Certified Nurse‑Midwives (CNMs) and 9 physicians.
See 18–24 patients per 8‑hour clinic day, plus outpatient and consult cases.
Work a standard 40‑hour, salary position with no on‑call duty.
Collaborate with genetic counselors, sonographers, RNs, a diabetic educator, and dedicated office/support staff.
Requirements PA Requirements
Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA‑C).
Graduate of an accredited PA program.
Maintain: AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License and NCCPA Certification.
Valid DEA registration.
Meet credentialing criteria.
NP Requirements
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
Graduate of an accredited NP program.
Compact state or Arizona RN license and Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license.
Valid National Certificate for NP specialty under AZ regulations (NP‑AACN, NP‑AANP, NP‑ANCC).
Valid DEA registration.

Work Environment DHMG is a physician‑led, clinically integrated medical group spanning over 45 practice sites across Arizona, part of the CommonSpirit Health system. Pay Range $54.20 – $71.29 /hour
