Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Set the restaurant's goals with the leader and develop a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, providing coaching and direction to improve each department.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
Compensation & Employment Pay rate is $50k – $65k for certified General Managers. This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. If hired, the independent franchisee will be your employer.
