Salesforce Service Cloud Product Manager – Solution Architect Join ADP as a Salesforce Service Cloud Product Manager – Solution Architect and help design next‑generation solutions for our global customer base. In this role you’ll partner with Solution Architects, product managers, developers, and users to create elegant solution designs for Salesforce CRM, improving client and associate experiences while ensuring compliance and cost‑efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily scrums with cross‑functional teams to discuss responsibilities, remove blockers, and prioritize work, bridging the technical gap between product management and development.

Architect feature designs that translate market trends and client needs into actionable product plans, incorporating business and technology goals.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across development, product, UX, and other solution architects to drive innovation and maintain a unified vision.

Measure, monitor, and report feature and business outcomes using data‑driven metrics.

Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, defending ideas and answering critical questions.

Adapt to a varied workload; there is no typical day – you’ll work on feature design, enhancements or business improvements as priorities shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

8+ years of technical solution design experience.

Experience deploying and maintaining cloud‑based Salesforce CRM solutions (Service Cloud and Slack); hands‑on design of capabilities in an Agile environment (Experience Cloud is a plus).

Deep knowledge of Salesforce product strategy, development, design, and rollout with a focus on user experience.

Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.

Data‑driven decision maker, empathetic to client needs and capable of building solutions across the organization.

Experience delivering AI‑powered customer service or sales solutions at enterprise scale (plus).

Experience in Human Capital Management (plus).

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: USD $91,900.00 – $246,240.00 per year

(actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary under federal, state, and local laws).
