Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead store operations, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all shift activities: cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
Set an example for crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Perform staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, and marketing activities.
Ensure perfect image, adherence to standards, and outstanding customer service.
Maintain store profitability, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
Qualifications
Experience or training in operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, and processing orders.
Strong math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and accurate monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise, rapid movements.
Typing and touch‑screen order entry proficiency.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery duties).
Ability to navigate deliveries, including adverse terrain and multi‑story locations.
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and climb as required during operations.
