Salary Range Salary varies by location; e.g., Fall River, MA: $62,500 – $83,500.
Responsibilities
Oversee all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Lead by example and enforce all Domino’s policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling to ensure coverage and productivity.
Maintain a perfect store image and ensure adherence to standards, including cleanliness and store appearance.
Provide exceptional customer service and address complaints promptly.
Handle customer interactions verbally and via telephone.
Deliver accurate order processing and monetary change.
Secure profitability by monitoring sales, costs, and labor.
Perform marketing activities and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure safe working conditions, including handling equipment, tracking temperature variations, and managing physical demands such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
Drive product to customers, deliver flyers, and perform door‑hanger distribution.
Qualifications & Skills
Operate all store equipment and general food preparation areas.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare products and maintain a clean facility.
Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Successful navigation of complex delivery routes and utilization of maps.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing quickly and accurately.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements and use of a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work under stress, analyze data, and make timely decisions.
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), push, pull, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks such as kneading dough and operating ovens and cutters.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges. Working hours may involve outdoor and indoor tasks under different weather conditions with physical demands of standing, walking, and lifting.
