Digital Assurance & Transparency - IT Audit Manager Join PwC's Digital Assurance & Transparency team as an IT Audit Manager, focusing on delivering assurance services over clients' digital environments, including cyber security, data, AI systems, and governance structures.

About the Role At PwC, the audit and assurance professionals provide independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and related regulatory compliance. In digital assurance, you provide assurance on digital environment controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and associated governance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with current and emerging technologies.

Oversee strategic planning and execution of client projects.

Cultivate meaningful client relationships.

Implement firm methodologies and technology resources.

Lead, develop, and coach teams, managing performance and client service accounts.

Direct assigned client engagement workstreams, independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop quality deliverables.

Manage IT controls auditing, consulting, and implementation of IT controls solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

5 years of experience in IT controls auditing, consulting, or implementing IT controls solutions.

CPA or CISA credential.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer & Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting & Technology, Accounting & Finance.

Experience with financial reporting and IT risk controls, and non‑financial reporting controls.

Knowledge of current and emerging technologies.

Familiarity with COSO Framework, COBIT, ITIL, or other leading IT control frameworks.

Subject‑matter knowledge to support thought leadership development.

Understanding of internal operational processes in a professional services firm.

Experience leading IT controls assurance or readiness projects.

Ability to manage and coach staff performing assessments.

Compensation Salary range: $99,000 – $297,000 (based in Maryland) plus discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and family leave.
