Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison among internal teams, customers, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and support contract and technical requirement documents; identify risks and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Coordinate technical deliverables, including product, design, and installation documentation, and resolve technical gaps during RFI responses and design meetings.

Develop and maintain Bills of Materials, facilitate approvals, and manage vendor coordination.

Support testing, commissioning, and acceptance testing (FAT/FIT); assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Track technical issues, prepare weekly reports, submittals, and acceptance test reports for customer approval.

Coordinate network design between internal software/network teams and external stakeholders; prepare network design documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.

Ensure adherence to industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, UL, NFPA) and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in energy storage, power systems, or industrial electrical project engineering.

Knowledge of battery and inverter systems, and experience with technical document control, vendor coordination, and submittal preparation.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, SCADA systems, and network infrastructure.

Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, UL, NFPA).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Willingness to travel to project sites for assessments, commissioning, and customer meetings.
