Pay Range: $40-46 per hour on W2

Job Summary The Senior Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving the most complex issues for the ServiceNow Platform, serving as the key point of escalation within the technical support department and mentoring junior colleagues. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and excellent customer‑facing skills, with a willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs. The role necessitates an individual capable of quickly learning the ServiceNow platform and who possesses a strong commitment to quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow Platform.
Serve as the primary point of escalation within the technical support team.
Mentor and assist junior team members in understanding various technologies.
Ensure superior customer service through direct interaction with clients in a technical support context.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Must-Have Skills
In-depth knowledge of Database and Object‑Oriented languages (Java, JavaScript preferred).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
