Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr – $105,000.00/yr

About the Role Rose’s Restaurant Group seeks a Multi‑Unit Senior Hospitality Manager to join our James Beard‑award‑winning team at one of our Michelin‑starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, Pineapple & Pearls, and our international events company Extra Fancy.

Responsibilities Creating culture:

Ensure staff have fun so guests can have fun.

Innovate and improve staff life, setting new standards for the industry.

Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable.

Training:

Be present in service, identifying opportunities to boost hospitality.

Propose, develop, and execute action plans for each shop.

Lead training sessions and educational initiatives.

Develop and maintain front‑of‑house training programs in each shop.

Service Coaching:

Act as a liaison between BOH and FOH when needed.

Ensure menus are current and printed.

Monitor front door and waitlist, over‑communicating with guests to maximize sales.

Model hospitality for staff.

Know regulars, partners, and industry guests.

Fill gaps in service as needed and coach managers on coaching skills.

Guest Relations Coaching:

Encourage extra‑mile hospitality.

Elevate bar standards and exceed expectations.

Communications Coaching:

Use internal email and MOD log effectively.

Distribute information to staff and leaders timely.

Maintain transparency across company‑wide announcements.

Hiring Coaching:

Assist in sourcing and interviewing new FOH talent.

Provide easy access to benefit changes.

Anticipate staffing needs based on physical space changes.

Operations Coaching:

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.

Ensure checklists and documents are up to date.

Day‑to‑Day Coaching:

Support service to deliver remarkable guest and staff experiences.

Assist management teams with projects.

Map out evening service with floor plans, guest notes, and line‑up preparation.

Place orders and meet day‑and‑month operational needs.

Other Expectations:

Cover vacations and call‑outs as needed.

Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Who We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate thrives on making people happy and brings significant management experience.

Required Skills

4+ years as General Manager or equivalent in fine‑dining

Excellent communicator via email, phone, video, and in‑person

Up‑to‑date on U.S. and international culinary trends

Exudes excellence in hospitality for all guests

Strategic planning skills focused on action plans

Strong time management, organization, and problem‑solving

Adaptability and change leadership

Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

Self‑driven, results‑oriented, with a track record of leading upscale restaurants at multi‑unit level
