Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer

Victra, the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States, is looking for a District Manager to lead approximately 10–15 store locations. As District Manager, you will supervise the sales team, mentor staff, and drive the profitability of your district.
Compensation Base Pay:
$50,920 - $60,920 per year Pay rates include base pay in the above range, with the opportunity to earn a monthly District Manager bonus. The average all‑in pay is $85,504 per year for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing Along with aiming to meet and exceed sales quotas monthly, you bring high energy to build sales momentum. Your teams will look to your leadership, listening, decision‑making, and teamwork skills to drive store success.
Responsibilities
Recruit, promote, retain, and terminate store employees while monitoring and managing district‑wide staffing levels.
Actively manage, train, coach, and supervise Store Managers.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on district status, progress, and needs.
Ensure location sales teams follow Victra policies and procedures.
Model extraordinary customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
Analyze district sales results and trends to increase and maximize sales.
Maintain high merchandising standards, proper displays, and appearance at each location.
Manage inventory shrinkage and security of district locations.
Build sales teams by identifying successful sales skills and behaviors.
Direct and coordinate store sales staff to meet productivity and profit goals.
Communicate objectives and priorities to Store Managers.
Visit all stores in your district regularly to inspire, train, and motivate employees.
Audit each location at least once per month.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.
Distribute inventory throughout the region.
Implement new policies and procedures district‑wide.
Communicate marketing and operational needs to corporate departments.
Schedule and monitor employee time to meet company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (College degree preferred).
5–7 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 10 pounds.
Bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Stand for long periods to provide customer service (unless accommodations are required under the ADA).
Travel Requirements
75% travel.
Training Requirements All new hires must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
