Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
Teach and coach teams to follow the sales process, exceeding every guest experience goal.
Attract and retain top caliber employees.
Act as brand advocate for Victra.
Provide ongoing sales training and support for the team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
Ensure employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
Think of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on existing customers.
Own store success and take ownership of staff work‑related needs, store leadership, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolution.
Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow‑up.
Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure guests receive comprehensive solutions for their current and future needs.

Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00 Monthly General Manager bonus opportunities. Average all‑in pay: $69,572 per year.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
Proven track record of meeting challenging team and individual sales goals.
Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team.
Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November through December).
Minimum age 18.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements All General Managers must attend and successfully complete a 4‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of start date. This may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. All General Managers must also complete a 3‑day General Manager University (SMU) training within 30 days of NHU completion. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will also be required.
