Director of Supply Chain
to lead the development and execution of integrated strategies across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. This key leadership role will ensure customer expectations are met while driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies focused on cost optimization, service improvement, and process efficiency
Oversee procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse/distribution operations
Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to drive cost savings and enhance service levels
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
Lead a high-performance culture with clear performance management practices
Build and maintain an Inventory Management Center of Excellence to support continuous improvement initiatives
Develop policies, procedures, and performance standards for all supply chain functions
Drive cross-functional alignment with operations, finance, sales, and customer service
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in food manufacturing and distribution environments
Direct experience overseeing procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics
Proven ability to leverage technology to improve supply chain performance
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
