Hyland OnBase ECM Solution Architect / Senior Consultant – Onsite
Location: Houston, Texas, USA (requires relocation willingness if not local)
Responsibilities
Strong experience with Hyland OnBase modules, certifications, and licensing structure, including OnBase Configuration, Unity Scripts, Workflows, Workviews, Import Processes, OnBase Security Model, Unity Forms, Unity API, Reports & Dashboards, and integrations with external applications.
Solid knowledge of SQL, OnBase DB structure.
Strong .NET background (C#, Angular JS, ASP.NET/Web API, Angular) for custom eForms and API implementation.
Knowledge of business processes, ERP, and Oil & Gas industry operations is a plus.
Work closely with customer point of contacts for strategic initiatives regarding Content Management/Content Services.
Provide thought leadership through planning and architecting large‑scale Content Management solutions aligned to customer’s long‑term business capabilities.
Collaborate with other architects to establish an architecture roadmap covering Enterprise Content Management.
Work with Product Owner/Business Relationship Management team to prioritize and decide OnBase deliverables.
Attend PI meetings, align deliverables with PI iterations, and manage and maintain the JIRA Enhancement board.
Lead analysis, design, configuration, and planning activities.
Document OnBase solutions from both business and technical perspectives.
Define principles and best practices in the documentation domain.
Work with OnBase Support team for scheduled deliverables, analysis, debugging, code review, and unit testing.
Provide production support, handle critical/urgent tasks, resolutions, customer communication, OnBase Platform monitoring, and performance improvements.
Coordinate UAT and conduct daily calls with offshore teams, customer status calls, and reporting.
Demonstrate excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
Undergo a customer interview.
