Job Overview Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing Hyland OnBase solutions for enterprise content management. Lead strategic initiatives, architecture planning, and implementation to align with customer business capabilities.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain OnBase modules, licensing structures, and integration with external applications.
Develop Unity scripts, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
Perform database design and SQL tuning for the OnBase Enterprise Database.
Create and maintain .NET applications, including eForms, APIs, and web services (C#, AngularJS, ASP.NET/Web API).
Analyze, design, and document OnBase solutions from both business and technical perspectives.
Provide thought leadership and architecture roadmap for Enterprise Content Management.
Collaborate with Product Owner and business review teams to prioritize OnBase deliverables.
Attend PI meetings, align deliverables with PI iterations, and manage the JIRA enhancement board.
Lead configuration, planning, and design activities for large‑scale implementations.
Define best practices and principles in the documentation domain.
Work with the OnBase support team on scheduled deliverables, debugging, code reviews, and unit testing.
Provide production support, critical issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate UAT and conduct daily calls with offshore teams and customers.
Maintain strong customer communication and interaction skills.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Hyland OnBase modules, certifications, and licensing.
Proficiency in SQL and OnBase database structure.
Solid .NET background with experience in custom forms and API implementations.
Knowledge of business processes, ERP, and Oil & Gas industry operations is a plus.
Ability to work closely with customer contacts for strategic initiatives.
Experience in large‑scale content management solution architecture.
