Associate Director at Needl – Sourcing the best talent for tech start ups and scale ups around the globe Needl is excited to partner with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company to seek a founding top-tier Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business, close large strategic deals and help build out the commercial motion across EMEA.

What you’ll do:

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting, qualification and stakeholder mapping through to close and expansion.

Target senior executives (VP, C‑Suite) in IT, Security, Operations and Finance within large enterprises and banks.

Develop and execute strategic account plans, multi‑thread across decision makers and influencers, navigate procurement and security processes.

Present compelling demos and business cases that align the company’s platform with enterprise automation, workflow verification, risk reduction and ROI.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams to influence roadmap, create repeatable playbooks and expand into new market segments.

Represent the company at industry events and build relationships within the partner ecosystem.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in FinTech, workflow automation, ITSM or cybersecurity.

Proven track record of selling into large enterprises (multi‑region, multi‑department), closing 6‑figure plus deals with long sales cycles.

Strong presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills – able to turn product capabilities into business outcomes.

Self‑starter in a high‑growth, early‑stage environment – comfortable with ambiguity, process design, and defining what “winning” looks like.
