Overview Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting‑edge technology to solve challenging client problems. As a Manager‑level AI Native Engineering Consultant, you will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems across cloud and on‑premises environments, enhance data pipelines, and industrialize analytics solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
Manage and supervise professional employees to deliver complex technical initiatives.
Engage actively with clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality service.
Leadership of teams and change management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
Strong Python skills.
Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, DALL‑E, LangChain, RAG) and experience with scikit‑learn and PyTorch.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining high‑impact production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
Experience with NLP, deep learning, DevOps tools, Agile, CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software engineering best practices.
Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, operations research, and data manipulation tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding and ability to teach AI concepts to diverse audiences.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience with fine‑tuning Generative AI models.
Experience managing complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills in data visualization and storytelling.
