The Artificial Intelligence and Data team at EY drives cutting-edge solutions for our clients. As a Manager, you will collaborate side‑by‑side with client teams and EY experts to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and ML systems. You will influence technology strategy, manage technical delivery, and lead the development of AI products that meet business needs across cloud and on‑premises environments. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery, ensuring effective management of processes and projects. Continuously improve processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis. Manage professional employees and supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results. Engage actively with clients, participating in daily working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure. Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics. Skills and Attributes for Success
Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures. Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results. Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality service. Ability to lead teams effectively and manage change within the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree). 6‑10 years of relevant full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning. 2‑4 years of experience directly managing technical teams. Strong skills in Python and proficiency with major cloud platforms. Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions. Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Dall‑e, LangChain, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation). Experience with natural language processing, deep learning, and MLOps pipelines. Advanced knowledge of data engineering tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark) and software engineering best practices. Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Experience fine‑tuning Generative AI models and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Knowledge of additional programming languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, etc.). Strong data visualization and storytelling skills. Benefits
