Infrastructure Operations Task Lead , you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on this role to serve as the primary point-of-contact to the Program Manager (and at times the Government) for all endpoint engineering support-related needs. This role will manage a team that supports the infrastructure operations tasks of a complete spectrum of IT engineering projects, platforms, and services, including infrastructure, endpoint, security, and network services. Responsibilities
Serving as the primary interface to the Government for all infrastructure operations support Supporting infrastructure operations projects, including those related to security and network operations, NOC/SOC, system deployment, integration management, etc. Following the HHS EPLC framework and methodology where applicable Providing oversight during third-party audits (e.g., technical, management, testing, and security) Independent testing of engineered solutions approved by HHS authorized/designated personnel as needed Providing seamless network and security server operations for federal users Serving as expert in enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g., Solarwinds) Ensuring patch management and vulnerability management (SCCM/MCM) activities are completed in line with SLAs and agency requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: 10+ total years of related experience 5+ years in a lead infrastructure operations role 3+ years managing technical staff as team lead/manager Experience with integration of services into ServiceNow Must have Expertise in: Solarwinds (required) Tenable Nessus (required) Tanium (Desired) Ability to report onsite in Rockville, MD and Washington, DC to client locations Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting. US Citizenship or US Persons required. Must have been in the US for at least 3 out of the last 5 years. Preferred
Demonstrated experience with federal customers Familiarity with Federal Security mandates (e.g., FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP) Locations
This position will be located on client sites located in Rockville, MD and Washington, DC and you must be willing and able to work at both locations as needed. Please Note:

The likely salary range for this position is $130,900 - $177,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Additional Details
