Senior Brand Manager
to lead content strategy, campaign execution, and creative development for a high‑growth beverage brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations — ensuring that bold ideas translate into impactful marketing and measurable results.
About the Role You’ll oversee content planning, creative workflows, and cross‑functional coordination for a fast‑moving portfolio within the beverage category. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to ensure campaigns deliver on brand vision and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end content development — from concept to execution — across digital, social, and retail channels.
Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop strategic content plans that support overall brand objectives.
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency in campaign execution.
Maintain an organized content calendar and tracking system to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and refine future initiatives based on data.
Facilitate clear communication between teams to ensure timely approvals and seamless execution.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within consumer packaged goods or beverage.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
A proactive, self‑motivated leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and collaborates effectively across functions.
Excellent communicator with a balance of creative and analytical thinking.
