Work detailed in this PWS will be accomplished for Intermediate Level Maintenance of T56-A-425/427/427A engine, T56-A-425/427/427A engine modules, support all Airframes/Structural Components and Assembly repair within (work center 51A), and inspection/repair of Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) equipment functions for the activity as shown below. The Contractor shall provide Intermediate level (I-Level) repair support for the T56 Quick Engine Change Assembly (QECA), T56 Power Section Assembly (PSA), T56 Reduction Gear Assembly (RGA), T56 Torquemeter (T/M), and the T56 Turbine Unit Change Assembly (TUCA). All these items comprise the T56-A-425/427/427A Turboprop Engine and modules. The Contractor shall provide Intermediate level (I-Level) inspection and repair support for the: T56 Engine Cowlings/QECA structures, Main Landing Gear Door Assemblies and Nose Landing Gear Door Assemblies for the C-2 and E-2 aircraft,the EAPS Assemblies for the H-53 aircraft and Airframes/Structural Components and assemblies within work center 51A/510. The Contractor shall provide Intermediate level (I-Level) inspection and repair support for aircraft and flight personnel mounted parachutes, survival equipment, first aid kits, flight clothing, anti-g garments, oxygen masks/regulators, Night Vision Devices (NVD) and search and rescue equipment used to operate the C-2, C-40, E-2, F/A-18, H-53 and H-60 aircraft assigned to tenant activities home ported at NAS Oceana and NAVSTA Norfolk. Work will be accomplished at the squadron shown in Table 1 below.
Shift 0600 - 1430 (Mon-Fri)
Salary $29.34
Job Requirements
Candidate shall perform requirements in a manner that meets or exceeds CNAFINST 4790.2 Series, applicable Naval Aviation Maintenance Program Standard Operating Procedures (NAMPSOPs) and local NAMPSOP instructions. The Site Lead or Site Manager shall sign Contractor personnel qualifications and certifications for Contractor employees.
