About the Platform Solutions Division: In Platform Solutions (PS), we power clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations and risk management: Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds Join us on our journey to deliver financial products and platforms that prioritize the customer and developer experience. About this Opportunity: The Platform Solutions Division is seeking an energetic, creative, and analytical leader to join the Enterprise Partnerships Marketing team. Our team of critical thinkers and creative problem solvers partner with stakeholders across Enterprise Partnerships to help meet the account plan and grow the business. In this role you’ll apply your consumer financial services industry experience and analytical skill sets to drive the analytics strategy and model development to drive growth and engagement for our Consumer products. Responsibilities: Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market direct marketing campaigns Work directly with business teams on initial campaign planning as well as regular performance reviews Maintain and enhance analytical infrastructure to monitor performance of marketing campaigns Generate post campaign analysis and monitoring especially as it relates to Direct Marketing campaigns Develop and own testing plan for new learnings and improving campaign performance Partner with data science to regularly refine and update machine learning models Deliver ad-hoc analyses based on current business priorities and requests from various stakeholders Lead new direct campaign platforms/ideas through internal review and approval process including Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Fair Lending, and other teams as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor or Advanced degree in quantitative areas like Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines 3+ years of relevant analytical experience Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets Expertise with SQL and experience with Python (or similar) Experience in analytical and strategic roles, ideally in the financial services industry Experience with advanced statistical modeling Excellent verbal and written communicator Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts across multiple internal and external partners concurrently Demonstrated experience with third party credit agencies to develop credit-based campaigns including pre-screened, pre-qualified, pre-approved, etc. About Goldman Sachs: At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
