Responsibilities

Independently develop the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, focusing on revenue retention and identifying opportunities to evolve client business.

Develop significant expertise on industry trends, competitor services/offerings, and client business environment.

Consult with large-size clients on their strategic vision, acting as primary client advocate and ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction.

Promote firm services/product offerings that solve client challenges and achieve account growth; evaluate and structure deals (pricing, contract terms, etc.) to determine optimal terms for both client and firm.

Develop, track, and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio.

Work closely with business development teams to ensure relationship management strategy is executed by account management and client service teams.

Recommend areas for firm improvement based on client feedback, providing leadership feedback internally and to clients.

Achieve organic and incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree highly preferred.

10–15 years of relevant work experience in CLOs, Credit, and Private Credit; experience selling across the Asset Management segment.

Compensation Base salary range $125,000 – $240,000 per year, plus commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefits.
