Job Summary
We are in search of a Lease Administrator / Portfolio Manager to streamline and maintain our global real estate portfolio with a focus on lease data management, payment processing, and compliance. This role entails supporting cost-saving measures and fostering relationships between landlords, project teams, and facilities, making it ideal for individuals passionate about precision, accuracy, and collaboration. Join us to make a significant impact on a global scale through meticulous lease management and strategic financial oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate lease documentation and databases. Conduct audits and reconcile lease data for accuracy and compliance. Monitor critical lease dates to stay ahead in the business cycle. Ensure the timely processing/reconciliation of global lease payments. Coordinate communication and support among landlords, brokers, and internal teams. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in lease management software (Visual Lease preferred). Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and compliance requirements. Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Industry Experience:
Real estate or related fields, with a preference for candidates having experience in handling global lease portfolios. About Akraya
