Responsibilities
Support clients through a variety of strategic finance and technical accounting projects
Contribute to or lead initiatives such as fund accounting, general ledger close and process improvement, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting support, technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting), IPO readiness and public company transformation, M&A preparation and integration
Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics
Qualifications
3+ years of total experience in external audit, advisory, corporate accounting, and/or corporate finance
2+ years of experience in public accounting (required)
CPA licensed or in process (preferred)
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
Experience with publicly traded companies/clients
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles
Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
