We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail leader capable of handling various challenges, passionate about developing talent, and providing excellent customer service. In essence, you’re a superhero.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals for your store. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store applications, and clienteling. Maintain operational excellence by balancing organization, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first practices. Monitor shrinkage, loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership and HQ. Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies for hitting sales targets. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions timely using planograms as guides. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail store management experience leading successful teams. Minimum age of 18 years. A high school diploma or GED; degrees are a plus. Ability to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment. Interest and curiosity about pop culture fandoms and trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
