As a day‑to‑day business builder and strategic client advisor, this person thrives in fast‑paced environments and is excited by the challenge of helping their clients obtain results.
This role requires the ability to be onsite at the client 3 days per week in Princeton, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong business relationships with senior client management, establish trust and credibility at all levels, and ensure client satisfaction. Guide client planning, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain omnichannel marketing expertise.
Account Growth:
Drive client account growth by identifying challenges and pursuing upsell opportunities, collaborate with leaders on solutions, and support new business efforts through strategy sessions and pitches.
Account Finance:
Accurately manage account financials, reporting, and forecast updates for assigned client accounts.
Project Oversight:
Own the end‑to‑end client account, lead agency teams to deliver on strategy, timeline, and budget, and coach team members to high performance.
Leadership & Strategic Guidance:
Serve as the client’s champion internally, bring client viewpoints to our work, and contribute to brand planning, budgeting, and strategy.
Internal Relationships:
Build strong relationships with functional leads and cross‑capability teams to drive complex projects from strategy to execution.
Knowledge & Expertise:
Demonstrate deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, data management, analytics, and related technologies; lead strategic positioning and planning.
People Management:
Effectively manage, guide, and coach direct reports, mentor junior team members, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
10+ years of healthcare or life sciences agency experience, or experience in a fast‑paced life sciences/healthcare organization.
li>AOR/DAOR agency experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client‑facing presence and interaction with C‑Suite level must be demonstrated.
Flexible, agile, and able to quickly adjust course when needed.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with detail oriented project management.
Ability to create professional documents and presentations.
Strong presentation/public speaking skills and focus under pressure during tight deadlines.
