Technical Project or Program Manager.
This is a
12 Month Contract to Hire

Richmond, VA (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $50 - $55 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple technical programs/projects within the Enterprise and Card Technology teams.
Connect and coordinate
cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Drive
process refinement , documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and execute
cyber‑intent refinement
activities within the Card Tech function.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Utilize tools such as
JIRA
and
Confluence
for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Provide project updates and ensure teams remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Must have skills:
Technical Project or Program Management, SDLC, Technical Background
7 years of
Project Management/Program Management
experience.
Strong
technical background
(must be able to understand engineering concepts; not seeking Scrum Masters or Agile Leads).
Hands‑on experience with
JIRA
and
Confluence .
Excellent
communication
and stakeholder‑management skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and
results‑focused .
