Your seat at the table:

Manufacturing Engineering Manager

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability (LMA)

Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering professional development.

Ensure team alignment with company goals, values, and production objectives.

Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and succession planning within the engineering function.

Process & Equipment Optimization

Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for process‑related issues.

Ensure equipment performance meets production requirements through preventive maintenance planning, upgrades, and technology integration.

Project & Capital Execution

Manage capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements from concept through implementation.

Partner with Product Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth new product introductions (NPI) into manufacturing.

Maintain timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all engineering projects.

Safety & Environmental Compliance

Ensure all processes, equipment, and changes comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the Quality team to resolve manufacturing quality issues and maintain product standards.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning across the team.

Resource & Strategic Planning

Contribute to strategic planning for manufacturing capacity, equipment investment, and technology roadmap.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to achieve business goals.

Support the development of standard work, documentation, and training for production teams.

Requirements We need this seat to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven success managing projects, leading teams, and implementing process improvements.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in CAD, ERP, and manufacturing data systems.
